Marianne Liggett is TGP’s President and Principal-in-Charge of design, production and corporate management. Ms. Liggett is a licensed landscape architect in California and Nevada with over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of project types.
Ms. Liggett has been in charge of the landscape architectural designs for housing developments and model homes in Simi Valley, Los Angeles County/Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard and Pasadena, CA. UCLA University Village Expansion in Los Angeles, CA; CSUN Faculty Housing Master Plan, Northridge, CA; and CSU Channel Islands Student Housing, Camarillo, CA; luxury condominiums in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, CA; and numerous private estates in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles and San Marino, CA.
