Action Property Management has been providing property management services to community associations for over 25 years. Our client list includes communities as small as 19 units to our largest community of over 3,000 homes. This portfolio of clients also includes over 20 high-rises and numerous mid-rise buildings. Our mission statement – Improving the Quality of People's Lives – has created a strong emphasis on communication and quality, timely service. Homeowners may communicate with our staff via telephone, voice-mail, e-mail, fax, written correspondence, or through the customized community website provided by Action, and all are acknowledged and responded to in a courteous and timely fashion.
We have created systems and procedures that provide for the effective and efficient management of our community associations, yet still allow the flexibility required to meet the special needs of our individual clients. Our goal is to bring Action’s resources and expertise into alignment with the vision and expectations of our communities and to foster a living experience that goes beyond simply homeownership. We are excited to be a part of the Granite Park community and help create the lifestyle expected from the homeowners at this beautiful project.
